Like most women I have been on diet after diet, I loose weight I
gain weight and am on this continual rollercoaster road of size
12 to size 16. I deceided that all I really needed was a habbit
change rather than life changing diet.
So who am I, your usualy curvy early thirty something. I love
food especially my baked potatoes, italian pasta dishes and
creamy sauces. I enjoy cooking, eating out and cannot stick to
anything except watching my favouite soap 3 times a week!

You know it's bad when the Surgeon General issues a warning that
lack of exercise is hazardous to your health. And that was back
in '96. Since then, the stats haven't improved much, either: 25%
of the American population is still sedentary and 60% do not
exercise regularly (Reference: http://www.cdc.gov).
For fitness minded folks, we could do worse than to follow the
'hour-a-day' prescription outlined by the Surgeon General's

Impressive
LSU: First off, as I stated in another thread, big emotional win
for LSU. Was supposed to be a home game for the Tigers, but they
had to travel to Tempe, a very tough place to win. They didn't
quit when a lot of team would've, and got the victory.
Notre Dame: Charlie Weis has had the best two weeks of any new
coach in college football, and it's not far fetched to believe
they have a legit shot at beating USC in a couple weeks. They
