Hemorrhoids are swollen and enlarged anal veins. They appear due
to numerous causes such as sitting on the toilet too long,
straining when passing a bowel movement, and they are sometimes
caused by the strain and excess weight of a fetus during
pregnancy.
There are internal hemorrhoids and external, or prolapsed
hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids occur high up in the rectum
and generally the only symptom you will notice is some bright

When Chase-Manhattan lender David Givens began to feel some of
the early symptoms of the flu - fatigue, muscle aches and pains
(not from exercise), and a slight fever - he had no reason to
expect he'd be, as he put it, "amazingly better within 2 days"

Fortunately for him, one of his basketball-buddies, the author
of this article, is a Chinese medicine acupuncturist and

medical ailments suffered by both men and women. Generally 80%

over the counter preparations and a few lifestyle changes. For
others who suffer with external hemorrhoids surgery may be
needed.
Internal hemorrhoids are generally symptom free. The most common
symptom is blood seen covering the stool or on toilet paper. ...

I will try in the future to add info on individual types of
cardio training but for now just want to outline how, when and
what kind of exercise counts. Firstly any time that you do ...
